LAYING:

Add clean water to the C.P.S. powder (max. 2 kg). Wait until it starts setting. Press the mix (lump) into the hole for a few seconds until it hardens. In case of big leaks, repeat this step until the leak is completely removed. Use a handful of dry C.P.S. powder to make a check. Quick-setting: at high temperature: approx. 30-60 seconds at low temperature: approx. 2/3 minutes.


DOSES:

(volumes) 1 part of C.P.S. + 0.5 parts of water (e.g. 2 glasses of C.P.S. powder + 1 glass of water).
In a few minutes the leak stops and the area is waterproofed. Perfectly dry after 48 hours.
The higher the water thrust, the better the C.P.S. adhesion on the structure. Since this is a concrete - based compound it lasts over time.
In case of wrong C.P.S. application, remove it, accurately clean the hole and repeat the sealing activity.
The C.P.S. application on an uneven lump may cause a waste of material without any successful result.

After closing all strong water pressures, small leaks caused by porous areas, continuation of laying and porosity of any type.
1) Use only quick-setting C.P.S.;
2) Press the powder directly into the water leaking porosity, after applying a PRIMUR adhesion base;
3) Rub firmly and add new powder, if necessary, until the leaks are completely sealed;
4) C.P.S. quick-setting powder can stop ANY small infiltration as supplied.


USE:

There are many fields of application: basements, lift-shafts, underground areas, tunnels, sewage, water pumping and lifting basins, walls against the ground, garages, penstocks, water scooping machines, sump pits and stratum areas, under-water activities, etc. and any type of structure with remarkable water leakage under negative pressure: counterthrust. It is also used as a base for bituminous and resinous materials which do not have good adhesion properties when water is present and need a perfectly dry surface.
