PRIMUR concrete compound is a specific material for the following purposes: - counterthrust waterproofing for any type of humidity;
- seal cracks, porous areas, continuation of laying, etc., which do not shown any sign of water infiltration during the laying;
- perfect adhesion on wet or dry surfaces;
- adhesion on non-deteriorated plaster containing lime;
- restructuring of damaged and deteriorated (non elastic) areas; adhesion support (Primur) for the C.P.S. quick-setting powder, in case of strong water pressure.
Ready for use; just add water to mix. It can be applied starting from 5°C Setting: at high temperature: 20 minutes a low temperature: 60 minutes |

If used alone (two coats applied with a brush), it is recommended to waterproof humid walls.
- Mix 3 parts of PRIMUR powder with 1 part of water (weight)
- Apply the first coat with the brush and let it dry;
- Apply the second coat with a brush after 30/60 minutes;
- Additional coats can be applied;
- Finishing can be done after approximately 48 hours.
PRIMUR AND C.P.S. POWDER COMBiNATION
After stopping all water leaks with C.P.S. (lumps), follow the procedure below apply PRIMUR on the whole surface, including all the seals, using a brush; let it dry for 30/60 minutes; apply the second coat of PRIMUR using a brush; before it dries, manually apply abundant quick-setting C.P.S. powder, thus saturating the support, which is still humid; after approx. 48 hours, execute any type of finishing after removing any excess C.P.S. powder.

WATERPROOFING OF STRUCTURES:
1) seal direct leaks with mixed C.P.S. (lumps)
2) seal small bleedings with C.P.S. powder
3) repair (dry) cracks, etc. with mixed C.P.S.
4) apply the mixed PRIMUR on the whole surface using a brush;
5) manual laying of quick-setting C.P.S. powder
6) accurate rubbing and final check
Apply the selected finish after approx. 48 hours
CONSUMPTION:
- leak stopping: depending on holes and pressure
- humidity: 1.5 kg of PRIMUR per square meter (thickness: 2 mm)
- counterthrust: 2 kg of PRIMUR per square meter and 2.5 kg of C.P.S. powder per square meter (thickness: 5/6 mm)
